We started with a quick detour to Four Corners Monument where we were in four states at the same time.

Then we headed to Hovenweep and did a quick hike to get our hiking muscles warmed up.

After lunch, we went up to Mesa Verde. First stop – the Petroglyph Trail!

Balcony House was next. We were a little apprehensive about crawling through tunnels and climbing ladders.

Finally, DINNER!! And more laughing.
